VUDOX.com Minimum Requirements
Browser Type Internet Explorer 6.01 / Higher or Netscape 4.7 / higher browsers recommended. 
Browser Settings
VUDOX.com is an advanced document sharing website for individuals and businesses. It has many settings that allow the site to operate. Many of these features require advanced security settings in order to display and operate properly.

Instructions (Security Tab)
1. Within Internet Explorer, click Tools 
2. Click Internet Options
3. Select the Security Tab
4. Select Trusted Sites
5. Click Sites
6. Uncheck Require server Verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
7. In the input box, enter *.vudox.com and *.projectshare.com
8. Click Add
9. Click Close
10. Click Custom level…
11. Locate the topic titled ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins
12. Set all subtopics to Enable
13. Locate the topic titled Scripting
14. Set all subtopics to Enable
15. Click Ok

NOTE: Now when you access features in VUDOX.com such as the advanced Upload and Download application, Internet Explorer users will be prompt to install or to accept these applications.

Instructions (Privacy Tab)
1. Within Internet Explorer, click Tools 
2. Click Internet Options
3. Select Privacy Tab
4. Under Settings: Select Medium
5. Now go to "Pop-up Blocker" and Select Settings
6. On the "Address of the webpage to allow:" type: login.projectshare.com
7. Click Add
8. Click Ok

NOTE: Cookies are the most important settings. VUDOX.com uses cookies to store information about your preferences and work session. Cookies are required. Some browsers allow you to have cookies enabled, but do not save the cookie information to your computer. This cookie is called a "Per Session Cookie". This setting is the minimum requirement of VUDOX.com. We do not store or retrieve email, credit card or any other type of personal information in the form of cookies. 

For example, VUDOX.com uses cookies to remember your last selected calendar group, or last selected folder so that your do not have to relocate your last position during your work session. This tad bit of information allows VUDOX.com the ability to increase the usability of the site and improve your experience.

Internet Connection DSL / Modem (minimum recommended) for "work at home" results. T1 higher are recommended for business and industrial class results.
Operating System Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 (SP6) or later,³ Windows 2000, or Windows XP or later.

"Mac Users"  iMac G3 recommended or higher

Unix and other operating are supported due to the fact VUDOX.com is 100% web-based. See notes below for more details.

Hard Disk Disk space requirements may vary based on your browser settings and concurrent running applications. If your plan to upload or download large files, you should insure that your browser settings accommodate such operations. 

For example : If your browser cache or temp file settings are set to allow only a maximum of 32 megs per download and you plan to download files larger than 32 megs, you must increase your temporary file size to accommodate this file. Most web browsers download all files to a temporary directory, once complete, it moves the file to the destination directory. Not all browsers follow this scheme. Review your browser's cache to temp file operations and limitations to avoid file truncation or download malfunction. 

Memory RAM requirements depend on the operating system used and number of other applications running concurrently with VUDOX.com. VUDOX.com is a 100% web-based application, thus using only the minimum memory needed to display web pages. Please use reasonable memory considerations when deciding if your computer has enough memory to run multiple applications and VUDOX.com.
Drive CD-ROM drive (recommended; not needed)
Display Recommended Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution monitor with 256 colors. Administrators are highly recommended to set their resolution to 1024 X 768 or higher ( due to the fact that there are more controls available during operation.)
Peripherals Microsoft Mouse, Microsoft IntelliMouse®, or compatible pointing device, Printer
